David Nadler has 40 years experience in commercial real estate. David was the owner of Regent Business Centers, a co-working company with 25 locations throughout the United States. After selling Regent to Regus in 2012, David moved to Park City and started a real estate investment company purchasing and managing multiple properties in Summit County.

Tim Anker is the Principal Broker and founder of ACME Commercial Real Estate, specializing in commercial properties along the Wasatch Back. Steve Hooker brings over 38 years of commercial real estate experience to ACME Commercial, where he serves as Director and Partner Broker. A longtime Park City resident, Steve has represented buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords across retail, office, and flex industrial assets throughout Utah.
His career spans commercial brokerage, corporate real estate and development across U.S. and international markets, and resort hotel development — giving clients a well-rounded perspective that few brokers can match. Over that time, he's been involved in more than 4 million square feet of developed and leased projects valued at over $2 billion.
